Can I change the delivery address after my purchase?
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer change the address. Orders returned due to an invalid shipping address will be subject to a new shipping fee for retransmission.
How are orders delivered?
For shipments to DPD Pickup points in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, a text message will be sent to the specified telephone number for delivery of the order to the place of your choice, which will contain the location of the parcel terminal and its door opening code. For delivery by courier, we cooperate with DPD courier services.
Terms of return RETURN OF GOODS
- The Buyer may return the Product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of purchase of the Product.
- Upon receipt of the order, the Buyer must make sure that the Goods correspond to the order (color, product name and other relevant parameters).
- The product can be returned to any product purchased in the online store, which is in the original packaging, has not been opened, used, or mechanically damaged after purchase. In order to return the goods, the Buyer must request from the Seller the goods return form by e-mail [email protected].
- The Buyer fills in and sends the form to the Seller to the above e-mail.
- The transportation costs of the returned goods are covered by the Buyer. The money for the returned Product and the Seller shall transfer to the bank account specified by the Buyer, which the Buyer indicates in the withdrawal form, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after termination of the Agreement and receipt of the Product indicated in the withdrawal form in the Seller's warehouse (SIA Sunbeam cosmetics, Rīgas iela 68, Gulbene, LV- 4401) on the basis of the Buyer 's refusal.
- In case the Goods are assembled inaccurately, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days by filling in the return form. Courier expenses in this case are covered by the Seller.
- If the selected product is not in stock, we will contact you to inform about the possible delivery time or refund to your account.
Can I return an order and how?
After receiving your order, you have 14 calendar days to let us know that you want to return or exchange the products. The product (s) must be in the original condition - in the original packaging, unused and look like new. We do not exchange or refund money for damaged and / or used products. The cost of returning the products is your responsibility. Please contact us before returning the goods!
To return products, please follow these steps:
1. Send us an email to [email protected] with the product name, order number, and product ordering and receipt dates.
2. We will send you a return address. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in the event of a return.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product (s), we will send you an email confirming that we have accepted your returned products and asking you to send us your bank details for a refund.
When is the refund for returned products received?
Refunds will be received no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
I want to exchange the received products for others, what to do?
Any product exchange request is handled individually, so please email us at [email protected].
Parcel and Pickup Point Rules
The order is stored at the receiving point for 7 calendar days. After the expiration of the mentioned term, the product is sent back to SIA “Sunbeam cosmetics”. If you do not pick up the order within the above deadline, you are obliged to reimburse the costs associated with resubmitting the order.
